- Animats 5y agoThe author seems to have an agenda. There are many older stories online about what happened to rollerblading. The consensus is that it was overtaken by skateboarding. A big problem with rollerblading seems to be that, early on the learning curve, it's hard to stop. On a plank, you can jump off.
