This is just a link, sorry, but undo.io has "call for a quote" reverse debugging for Java. I've used pernos.co (~$4 per execution) a little on Rust. They claim to also support JavaScript running on v8, but are geared toward debugging javascript that interacts with native code. They don't have good support for debugging interacting with the dom.
