I tried to use DO Spaces (their S3 equivalent) to store 13 Kb of Pulumi state data, it took 5 minutes to save. Switched to AWS S3, it took less than a second.

I tried to use DO Spaces (their S3 equivalent) to store 13 Kb of Pulumi state data, it took 5 minutes to save. Switched to AWS S3, it took less than a second. It seems to be seriously rate limited to the point of being unusable.
