IMO the interesting part is the people involved. Been everything except marketing, usually many hats at the same time. Always Hands-on (last years been CTO+architect+methodologist+main-developer of burocracy-automating startup, mentoring few young people), and apart of leading dozens of projects, been mentor of team of newbies in Ericcson, methodology-advocate in SoC maker, mentor-and-analyst of culture and ways of work, teacher of python.
