Sounds like that actual headline should be "Most US Companies will require proof of Vaccination to collect employer incentive to get vaccination"
As only 44% of employers are planing to require vaccination (as a condition to return to the office) and only 34% are planning disciplinary actions for people that refuse to get vaccination
- verdverm 5y agoIf the companies will be collecting incentives, will they pay for the vaccination and the time spent getting it?
- syshum 5y agoin the US the vaccination is already free, so no one should be paying for it As to the time spent, that seems unclear or not part of the survey though i know a few companies personally that are allowing employee's to use "on clock" time to go get the vaccine if they schedule it during the work day though when I got mine from check-in to out was less than 30mins, including the 10-15 mins they ask you to wait after getting the shot
