- Proven 6y agoIt could also be 30% lower or anything in between, or not. It's sad how much money is being burnt on this nonsense and none has any useful clue about anything. They can't even tell what happened in past 30 years let alone what will happen 5 years from now. Fake science. Sorry guys, but you lost credibility in the 90's.
