Couldn’t you have a quite terrible culture that delivers results through illegal means or coercion that would pass this test?
- bradleyjg 5y agoI personally don’t think such a system would be competitive over the long term. I look at the most totalitarian countries, that use widespread coercion to encourage productivity, and notice that they aren’t wildly successful from an economic output point of view.
