Brazil rejects Sputnik V vaccine, says it’s tainted with replicating cold virus
- osipov 5y agoThis is a part of a counter-campaign running against Sputnik V: after Hungarian government released data on their own trials: "Sputnik V has the best safety (7-32 times fewer deaths cases) and efficacy (2-7 times fewer COVID infections) per 100,000 vaccinated, it noted. Sputnik V demonstrates the best safety profile among other jabs in Hungary. The entire thing is quite amusing if you read Hungarian, the government is releasing data showing efficacy and the press releasing anecdata about failures. If you don't read Hungarian, it is also amusing to read about accusations from the Wall Street Journal article: "both China and Russia had active campaigns to sow mistrust in Western vaccines and promote their own.". The quote is literally from the WSJ article that promotes Pfizer/Moderna and sows mistrust in Sputnik and SinoPharm.
