Ask HN: How/where did you find a quality freelance mobile developer or team?
- chovybizzass 6y agoI've had a lot of success hiring people from r/jobs4bitcoins on reddit. The intelligence level to use bitcoin serves as a natural screening process. The only bad experience I've had is hiring "seo" people as they all seem to be snake oil salesmen. But yeah what I do is I ask for relevant github project, do a voice call and then decide. I do ask for linkedin profile just to make sure they are serious. The catch is you have to pay them in crypto. I've been using NIMIQ since ETH and BTC fees are too high making it not a very good currency. I pay them on a weekly basis, that way any non-hackers can get weeded out pretty quick.
