I think he's pronouncing it right in the video, but he's not enunciating super well, so it gets a bit muddy. Edit: When you have a schwa, some people will use more of a "u" sound ("guhnoo") while others might use a different sound (this guy's closer to "gihnoo") - it really depends on accent/upbringing and how you speak I think. It actually took me a few listens before I could parse it out.
