I am a massive fan of new city developments and urban/proptech that solves real problems but this project seems to not be addressing core market issue to date.

I am a massive fan of new city developments and urban/proptech that solves real problems but this project seems to not be addressing core market issue to date. I struggle a lot because the designs are super cool and I admire someone with a big vision but man, it seems like scaling the designs to something more reasonable and investing in other urban areas in the EMEA region that are high growth and actually need new urban development (thinking Addis, Lagos, etc.) would make more sense.
