What will the 'burbs be with no city? A bunch of housing for unemployed people?

  Offices are moving to suburbs as well. I always wondered why would people want to work in downtown. Some people also work from home.

    Easy rapid access? High density, so better perks, like the food trucks. Lots of things. Just don't get caught in a snowstorm.

      "Easy rapid access" to what? If you live and work in suburb it's truly easy access with 5-10 minutes drive in low traffic. If you work in downtown most of the time it's 20+ minutes brutal commute. Aren't benefits of "food trucks" unavailable in suburbs?
