What about meat obtained by hunting? In Germany there is a massive population of boars and >500.000 are shot every year to control the population. The meat is mostly of high quality. It would be wasteful to not eat that meat.
- hilbert42 5y agoPresumably much of that meat is eaten by humans. Any that is not should not be wasted (it should used to feed pets and other animals). Every part of a pig is useful (skin, bristles, intestines, etc.). No part of the animal should be wasted.
