How, exactly, do they think they're going to implement such a ban?
As a non-US person, I have trouble understanding how the legislature of one, single state could have the slightest impact or effect on entities not registered or having offices in that state.
- dataflow 5y agoThey do business with entities in Florida, which I'm guessing will be enough for the state to claim jurisdiction. I don't think this would be a US-specific notion either; GDPR affects US entities even if they have no registration or offices in Europe.
