Never Forget a Task Again

Hello Everyone. I am the Founder of an Enterprise SaaS startup in India. We have lately grown fast, from 15 members to 85+ members in the last 1-year. As the team grew, we faced our own team and work management problems. A big challenge that we faced is that of constant follow-ups with internal team members for various tasks. Basically, a person A assigns a task to person B. Later, A forgets it and B also forgets it and the task never gets completed. Maintaining this task list and the follow-ups is tedious.
