Did you have a previous experience at a job where that was an issue?
- arcturus17 5y agoNo, exactly the opposite, every company I’ve ever worked for was neutral without ever needing to enforce it, but anything other than that would be a nightmare for me, so having it as an open statement about culture suits me.
