Perhaps part of the resistance could come not from traditional anti-vaxxers but from people reluctant with mRNA vaccines. Interesting news from Europe is that there is a waitlist in countries like Austria where most people want the vaccine versus countries like Bulgaria where it is easy to get a vaccination because most people are reluctant to get it (Bulgaria has primarily AstraZeneca and Austria has a combination including mRNA Pfizer Biontech and traditional AstraZeneca).
