Yes. However, the Carnot efficiency means that most of it is lost as heat. Suddenly the advantage is not that large anymore.
- whatever1 6y agoNot even close. An electric motor is 4 times more efficient than ice. An ice car can easily store 10 times more energy than an electric. F150 can tow 13,000 pounds and has a 27 gallon tank (almost 10 Tesla’s).
