- astura 5y agoNo, the law covers this. >unlawful for any creditor to discriminate against any applicant, with respect to any aspect of a credit transaction, on the basis of [...] age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract) Children don't have the capacity to contract, so excluding them is lawful.
