Ask HN: What’s your favorite free, self-hosted monitoring dashboard?
I have a Digital Ocean droplet running Ubuntu and hosting a Discourse Forum instance and the community is growing rapidly (which is great). I’d like to install a simple self-hosted resource monitoring dashboard on the server so I can check it and determine when I need to upgrade the droplet potentially. I’d like this to be accessible from the browser, behind simple auth.

- speedgoose 5y agoGrafana is pretty good. You can couple it with many things, such as Prometheus (which is not very good but very popular). Munin is old fashioned but nice too.
- ianpurton 5y agoMaybe have a look at the no-code tools. Appsmith looks good. https://www.appsmith.com/ https://www.appsmith.com/
