I've heard that if you answer your case study interviews with "The client should lay off X people across Y offices." you'll get hired, lol.
- rchaud 5y agoThat's actually a separate area of practice: "Human Capital Consulting". In addition to laying off people, they also do systems integration for stuff like payroll.
