- mrtksn 6y agoYes, for all the gig jobs that I'm aware of. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck. Last time I checked, Uber wouldn't let you simply fulfil your duties of transporting people the way you find fit, for example. It's really not a B2B relationship in any meaningful way. For those who do, sure. They are not gig workers, they are contractors.
