Still using my Q10, probably replacing it with a device loaded w/ LineageOS. It's as fast as it was though the battery is starting to get weird (I could just replace that). I never really relied on it for apps, just the tool suite. After they dropped support though, the map navigation and browser experience keeps getting slightly worse. Still, the utility and longevity of it, for myself, is impressive. The Curve 9320 model was another favorite of mine owing to the sheer speed and design, but BB10 is the more comprehensive experience. Got a notification issue as well for a single individual and don't care to reset my device. Will give Android another try. I was curious about switching to a Key2 but would rather have a more de-googled experience.
