Good post. This is a very important exercise for those considering a new venture or are in the midst of a new venture. I have used something similar for years. For the entrepreneur, the result is not always “yes” or “no”, but can be where to improve. KPI’s are also important.
- watsonc73 6y agoThanks, yeah agreed on the discipline itself. You'll usually find a few errors in your plan if you take the time to think it all through.
