It's funny how here in NYC he was literally nicknamed "train daddy" and radically improved the subway on-time rates and track speeds... so yep, he had to go. Everyone loved him, NY and London are not all that different culturally. He picked up on the subtleties and worked through them, and goddamn I wish we could have him back.
