What they're trying to say is that for example, let's say it takes you 10 seconds to load a webpage because of about 100MiB of assets to download and process and ultimately render. It could possibly take them <1 second to download all the assets and render it and then send you the right DOM elements immediately. EDIT: No clue if they're just streaming frames to you or they are giving you DOM elements. Latter would be cool but more annoying to pull off.
