And this will lead us to nowhere in term of chipmaking glory, but increase the huge pile of wasted money. Even if we don't speak too much about it, but a lot of French and European money has already been distributed like that for the "cloud" and "virtualization" things, and so far it was completely wasted without any useful outcome.
