Vertical turbines could be the future for wind farms
- Gravityloss 6y agoTraditionally the vertical axis wind turbine has been more expensive per watt than the horizontal one. More moving mass per watt. And the bearing at the root needs to be much stronger than the horizontal axis turbine's bearing.
