It also needs to magically make cities less desirable places to live.
- astrange 6y agoCities are "ideally" cheaper to live in because things are closer together and there's more economies of scale. American cities aren't expensive because they're too popular, it's because everyone wants to be the last person to live there and we let them NIMBY their own children out of it.
