Aside from the reported problem, Experian is the worst of the three. Freezing/unfreezing from the website doesn't seem to work, asks for all kinds of PII to be mailed in yikes! Yet it does work (so don't mail anything in!) Total mess and they seem to have little to no incentive to fix/improve anything
