- drewbug01 5y agoI don’t think so, for a variety of reasons. But one of them is that managers and HR reps are often keen to just make a problem “go away” - so coworkers agitating over that problem is often required for any substantial change. Notably, the US tech workforce is almost entirely in unionized, as well - so that avenue isn’t available.
