  I am getting excited. They are doing really strong due diligence which will only increase public trust and confidence. If it fails, then oh well, atleast we tried.

    Oh for sure they're doing exactly what they should do, but America will likely be approaching vaccine-induced herd immunity by the time the FDA begins to consider the results of these trials. It may have a bigger impact in other nations, but hopefully they'll have ramped up their vaccine programmes in the next 6 months.
