I'm deeply confused by the way the author keep referencing race in this article, while describing traits and actions that reflect poor/horrible management and people skills. Are they using 'whiteness' as a shield because they see 'attacking' women in leadership as taboo? There's really no behavior I can find described here that seems related to race or 'whiteness'. We've all seen men, women, and PoC act abusive as managers...
