I run https://4dayweek.io https://4dayweek.io (Software jobs with a better work / life balance) so I am obviously going to be bias but I think there are are significant benefits in adopting a 4 day week (although admit its not a 1 size fits all solution). In the future I think all software jobs should also be (at least) offered as 4 days @ 80% salary.
