The most obvious congestion I see with Ride-Hailing and Delivery services is a lack of ingress for people without cars. And the driver familiarity of driving to the back entrance. So, what ends up happening, is even though there is a garage or pick up parking inside a building; the 2 lane road turns into 1 lane with parking (but with no signage)_or street parking turns into street double parking.
