Tried this on a 7 month old AMD IdeaPad, which died suddenly during Win10 update. No luck. Sent it back to Lenovo for warranty repair. Waiting on parts... esti

Tried this on a 7 month old AMD IdeaPad, which died suddenly during Win10 update. No luck.
Sent it back to Lenovo for warranty repair. Waiting on parts... estimate is 4 months!
Not sure if right-to-repair could have helped me get it fixed faster locally.
- epse 6y agoIn normal times, local repair shops would be faster. But right now, there simply are no parts. There are no replacement computer parts, there are no parts to build bikes and even tents have shortages
