i don’t believe those have been made public.
- outside1234 5y agoI do think that is a mistake. They should have sent an open letter for transparency.
- someguy101010 5y ago¯\_(ツ)_/¯ it's not really anyone's business. If it's super unfair the uni would disclose it. I was just kind of curious.
- Zancarius 5y agoI agree with someguy101010. I don't think it's anyone's business outside the university since this is between them and the kernel team. I would imagine the kernel folks wouldn't be apt to make it public since it would draw even more attention to this than really needs to be brought, at least from the university's perspective. It would start to smell a bit of airing dirty laundry. The damage has already been done. There's no need to make it worse.
- infogulch 5y agoPerhaps we'll find out more details when the research group and university start to perform those actions.
- specktr 5y agoIt seems to me like it’s in the best interest of the community to have an understanding of what steps were asked to be taken in the event contributions are made by those parties in the future. I feel it is important for regaining trust, overall project transparency and for setting a certain degree of precedent.

- boomboomsubban 5y agoWhere have they said actions have been taken?
- Aperocky 5y agoThat is strange given that the linux side of this dispute has always been more transparent (or straightforward). I would have to assume the terms are more punitive and personal to not be releasable at this time.
