My personal experience is that the folks who are most vocal about “diversity” (i.e., the letters in the passport you refer to) tend to be the least supportive of different perspectives, opinions, philosophies of life, etc. “Agree with the way I think, or you are part of the problem” sadly is a common rallying cry.
