However, - It is not cheap - it is not reliable (time wise) - it is not fast - it requires leaving in the middle of the night or before the crack of dawn Make it so that the cost is effective, the trip arrives on time, it is not significantly slower than driving and let me leave at a sane hour and then they will have something useful.
