Not everyone is an investor. People who are not ready to invest now should beable to save their earnings withouthhaving to worry about their savings losing value.
- aphextron 5y ago>People who are not ready to invest now should be able to save their earnings without having to worry about their savings losing value. You can. It's called a CD. They currently return about 0.8%, which is the max you're ever going to get for a "risk free" investment right now. Anything beyond that is going to be some form of speculative investment. This is precisely why the stock market has become so inflated.
