Ask HN: Anyone Else Having iCloud Issues?

For the past few days my old Mac Mini running 10.11.6 has been showing a pop up message saying it cannot connect to iCloud. The Apple System Status page says there was an issue yesterday that was fixed but it's not fixed for me. https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/
