It's interesting that you chose VSCode + Go plugin rather than IntelliJ Community + Go plugin?
- wolfi1 5y agohmm, I even use VS Code for Java
- void_mint 5y agoSure - OP seemed like they were implying they're already comfortable with IntelliJ. If you're trying a new language, and then also trying new tools to learn that language, it sounds like you're taking on too much at once. If you're already comfortable with IntelliJ, you can continue to use IntelliJ.
- pyjug 5y agoRight, I wanted to have the “modern development experience” as much as possible. Most tutorials out there still recommend VSCode to get started with Go.
