I don't think most people put enough emphasis on learning how to sell their talents. I always pick Albert Einstein as my example. Yes, he was brilliant and yes, he was a hard worker but the reason most people know of him is that he made sure that the media and the world knew it too. Most people know of him and know he was a genius but they don't really know why. He was so successful that generations after he died people still equate him with genius. He was a brilliant marketer in addition to his other accomplishments. I truly believe that selling your talents is super important to get to the top and staying there.
