Agreed, Google is no saint. But compared to the dirty tricks campaign Microsoft waged overtly through leveraging OS bugs against competitors and threatening competitors (read: what the DOJ sued them over) Google was the relatively clean choice. Hindsight makes them look way worse, of course.
