- ethbr0 5y agoThe people who understand the technical details were probably inclined to be more excited than outraged. (Especially in 96) The people inclined to be more outraged than excited likely didn't understand the technical details. Not saying scientists of faith don't exist, but there doesn't tend to be a heavy representation of the sciences in fundamentalist communities.
