- chalst 6y agoIn biology, signalling of any kind is a social behaviour of fundamental importance in natural selection and a frequent driver of pro-social behaviours in higher animals. Why do you use the phrase "nothing more than"? This looks like right-wing talking points, not curious conversation.

- chalst 6y agoThe Guardian headline seems to be clickbait: the grounds are nothing to do with sustainability, but hypocritical behaviour by the bank. Standard Ethics may be influential on the people who put together sustainable funds, but that is a side issue, not the main story.
