I really hope this was meant as a sarcasm. There are already banking apps and some mobile games (hello Pokémon GO!) pushing for trusted computing where the user is not in control and only a manufacturer OS image is installed. Not to mention game consoles that are like this by default. We hardly need more entities pushing for this dystopia...
