- idiotsecant 6y agoDepends who your target audience is. I imagine the audience for extremely expensive and hard to obtain artifically grown sushi with decent taste is probably bigger than the market for, say, extremely expensive and hard to obtain artificially grown hotdog meat with decent taste.
