After 20 years in the game, I have a house, a pension fund, and a savings account with a montly growth twice my monthly expenses. At this point there is zero incentive to continue working for ~30 more years. IRL I hope to be there around age 50. No matter how much I enjoy my job, 40 hours of "enjoyment" per week is a lot more than I want.
