Thanks! I definitely think there are so many advantages of a 4 day week: - Higher productivity (i.e. most Fridays are slow / inefficient) - Reduced burnout / better mental health - Better staff retention - 4 day jobs get more applications - 4 day jobs have less sick time The list goes on!
